1. Who this applies to

This policy covers artelle.testedview.com and the way we handle personal information when you contact us or order from us. Artelle is a handmade products business operated from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order:

• Order details — your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and what you asked us to make. These come from your WhatsApp conversation with us, not from this website.
• Email address — only if you send us one.
• Review content — the name, star rating, written review, and any photos you choose to attach when you use a review link we send you.
• Technical data — our web host and Cloudflare, our security and delivery network, record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and time of request, to keep the site online and block abuse.

This website has no analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set marketing cookies. A single sign-in cookie is used only in our private admin dashboard, which customers do not access.

3. Why we use it

To quote, make, and deliver your order; to answer your messages; to publish reviews you have chosen to submit; to keep records of orders; and to keep the website secure.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Reviews and customer photos

Review links are private and single-use. What you submit is stored on our own server and is not shown publicly until we approve it.

When published, your review shows the name you entered, your rating, your words, and any photos you attached. Please do not include information you would rather keep private, and do not upload photos of other people without their consent.

Ask us and we will remove your review and photos.

5. Who else sees it

Only the people who run Artelle, plus the services needed to deliver the order:

• Courier partners, who receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver the parcel.
• Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, who process technical data to serve and protect the website.
• WhatsApp, where the conversation itself takes place, under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept while needed for warranty, accounting, and tax purposes. Published reviews stay until you ask us to remove them. Review links expire automatically and can only be used once. Server logs are held for a short period for security.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.

Deleting order records may not be possible where we must keep them for tax or legal reasons.

8. Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Reviews and order records are stored in a non-public location on the server, the admin dashboard is password protected, and uploaded photos are checked before publication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published here with a new date.
