These terms apply to your use of artelle.testedview.com and to any order you place with Artelle. Artelle is a handmade products business operated from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
By browsing this website or placing an order with us, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or place an order.
This website is a catalogue, not a checkout. Every order is discussed and confirmed over WhatsApp before any payment is made.
An order becomes binding only when we confirm the item, price, and delivery timeline in writing on WhatsApp, and the agreed payment or advance has been received. Until then, nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the piece cannot be made as requested, a price was listed in error, or the delivery location cannot be served. If we cancel and you have already paid, you get a full refund.
Prices are quoted per order on WhatsApp because most pieces are made to order and vary by size, material, and customisation. A quoted price holds for 7 days unless we say otherwise.
Unless stated in the quote, the price excludes delivery charges. Any taxes that apply are shown in the quote.
Custom and bulk orders usually need an advance before production begins. The advance covers materials and labour already committed and is treated under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For personalised work — names, dates, spellings, colours, sizes — we confirm the exact details with you before production starts. Please check them carefully.
Once you approve the details and production begins, changes may not be possible, and personalised pieces cannot be cancelled or returned except where they arrive damaged or differ from what was confirmed.
Every piece is made by hand. Small differences in colour, texture, grain, finish, and size are normal and are part of the character of handmade work — they are not defects.
Product photographs are taken in natural and studio light. Screens render colour differently, so the shade you see may not match the piece exactly.
Typical dispatch and delivery is 7 to 10 working days for standard pieces. Custom, large, and bulk orders take longer, and we confirm that timeline with you before you pay. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We may send you a private, single-use review link after your order. If you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience, and you allow Artelle to publish your review text, the first name you provide, and any photos you attach on this website and in our marketing.
Reviews are checked before they appear on the site. We may decline to publish a review that is abusive, false, unrelated to a purchase, or contains someone else’s personal information. You can ask us to remove your review or photos at any time.
The product photographs, videos, text, designs, and layout on this website belong to Artelle and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, or reuse them — including for listings on other marketplaces or social accounts — without our written permission.
The Artelle name and logo may not be used without permission.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, no automated scraping of our catalogue or images, no uploading of harmful files through the review form, and no use of the site for anything unlawful.
Ordering happens on WhatsApp, a service run by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services we link to.
We take care over every piece we make, but to the extent the law allows, Artelle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example loss of profit, or a delay affecting an event date — arising from the sale.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms that applied at the time of confirmation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
